How to Input and Edit Availability and Unavailability

You can use the Nowsta mobile app or website and note your availability and unavailability. This information will be visible when your employer(s) schedules shifts and seamlessly keeps them aware of when you can work and when you can not.


Selecting availability from the Mobile App:

Open the Nowsta workers app.

  • Select the Job Board


 

  • Select Calendar


  • You'll see a list of all your set availability for each month. To add a new one, just click "Set New Availability."
 
  • You will select the type of availability: Available or Unavailable.


  • You can enter the start and end time manually, or simply click on the icons for Morning (6 AM - 12 PM) , Afternoon (12 PM - 6 PM) , or Night (6 PM-12 AM). You can also select All Day if needed.
 
  • If you'd like your availability to repeat in the future or set a specific time range, simply toggle "Repeating." 


  • Make sure to  hit "Save."





To Edit an Availability range: 

  • Select the date for which the availability is set

  • Adjust times as necessary

  • Click Update Calendar to save


To Delete an Availability range:

  • Select the date for which the availability is set

  • Click the Trash Can icon 


To input availability from my.nowsta.com:

  • Select the Availability Calendar
  • Select a date to add your availability
  • Input start/end times (Or choose the Available All Day option)
  • If you would like to repeat over multiple days, toggle Repeating Availability on and select the days of the week you would like to repeat your availability
  • Select Create to finalize your availability
