For security reasons, once a worker's account has been activated, only that worker can adjust the associated email address.
There are two primary ways that this can be done:
Option 1:
In the Nowsta mobile app, select the More tab, then select Profile Settings to adjust the email address. Then log out and log back in with the updated email address and previously used password.
Option 2:
If the worker no longer has access to their Nowsta App they or you can reach out to Nowsta Support directly at support@nowsta.com and we will be able to assist them with the update after they answer some simple security verification questions.
