Worker Availability & Utilization Report

Modified on Thu, 8 Sep, 2022 at 11:06 AM

Wouldn't it be nice to see how well you utilize your available workers?

Well, now you can, with the help of our Worker Availability & Utilization Report!

Located on the Reports page near the bottom, the Worker Availability & Utilization Report allows you to select a date range and filter by department.

Once you've chosen your date range and downloaded the CSV, you will see the following types of information on the report:

  • Worker Name: First and Last Name

  • Worker ID: also known as Payroll ID, which can be found in the worker's profile

  • Availability Summary: shows how many events the worker is available to work for within the chosen date range.

    • For example, Big Chungus is available for 12 out of 16 events.

  • Schedule Summary: shows how many events the worker is being utilized for within the chosen date range.

    • For example, even though Big Chungus is available for 12 events, he is only scheduled for 1 out of 16 events.

  • Events with Date and Time: shows the workers' availability and scheduling status. You will be able to see if a worker is available (and even partially available) for the shift and if they have been assigned, requested, confirmed, or already declined to work the event.

    • For example, Big Chungus is available to work on both events shown.

Pretty cool, huh?!  This report can also be used to visualize scheduling trends and identify workers who are being underutilized or even overutilized. Try it out and see how to incorporate this report into your weekly scheduling workflow.
