How to Check Availability / Review Jobs for a Specific Employee

To view an employee's availability calendar and upcoming jobs, navigate to the Workers page. Then, select the specific worker profile and select the Availability Calendar tab in their profile to view their calendar. Available days will be highlighted in blue (see image below for details), whereas Unavailable days will be highlighted in red.


To view an employee's upcoming jobs, select the Events List tab at the top of the page. This will provide a detailed list of all of the shifts they are currently scheduled for, along with dates, times, etc.
