Been meaning to use a password keeper but haven't got around to it for the past five years? Same here.
If you are having trouble logging in to your Nowsta account, follow the steps in this article to get your account back up and running.
Considerations:
Your manager has to create an account for you before you are able to log in.
Contact your manager if you are unable to log in with your correct email address after completing the steps below, as this means they have not added you to their account.
What to do if you can't access the account:
If the app displays a “Your email or password is incorrect” message at the top of the screen when you log in, you've either entered the wrong email address or password.
Possible cause #1: Incorrect Password
If you know which email address you used to sign up for Nowsta but you’re receiving the “Your email or password is incorrect” message, you might be using the wrong password.
Solution: Select Forgot your password, reset it, then try logging in again.
Possible cause #2: Incorrect Email Address
If you know your password but you’re receiving the “Your email or password is incorrect” message, you might be using the wrong email address.
Solutions:
Try another email address you may have used to register your Nowsta account.
Contact your manager to see which email address is listed in your employee profile, then try logging in again.
How to Resend an Invitation as a Coordinator
(1) Go to the Workers page
(2) Send another email invite by clicking on the envelope icon next to their name
(3) The worker will receive an email invitation where they can click the Activate button to update their login and password
